Linear continuous motion
Example: Cup printing
This machine is built up around an aluminum frame with Lexan covering. The products (cups) are fed directly from the injection molding machine, separated at the feeding station and taken to the product holders. These are mounted on a continuously moving chain. The parts are passed beneath a corona pre-treatment head and subsequently printed with a Grauel, type RSA-120/100-1F print head. Finally the products are UV-cured and transported back to the start of the machine. The gross output is 120 parts per minute.
