Rotary indexed
Example:Syringe printing
This machine is built up from an aluminum frame. The control cabinet is attached to the machine. The HMI is composed of a mobile, full-coloured touch screen.
The heart of the machine is a process plate of aluminum (diameter approximately 700 mm), which is driven by a indexing rotary table. The process plate holds 12 product holders. The machine’s gross output is approx. 240 syringes per minute – depending on the configuration.
The syringes are fed by means of a bunker elevator, two vibrator bowls and a linear feeder. At the end of the linear track a separator loads the syringes onto the product holder. Subsequently, the syringes are pre-treated using corona, oriented radially and printed using a GRAUEL print head type RBA-90-80 with up to 4 colors. After printing, the syringes are UV cured and selected for quality and unloaded.
The machine can be delivered with several options.
