Over the years, AAE has become strongly involved in education programmes at various levels and in varying disciplines. In collaboration with schools in the region, we offer pupils and students the possibility to gain practical experience in mechatronics, machining, engineering and much more.

  • Training on the job: 1 schoolday per week and 4 days of work at AAE or 2 days a week at Techniekcentrum Brainport and working the remaining days at AAE.
  • As a young professional at AAE, you are part of the organisation with all the responsibilities, challenges and practical experience that go with that, you are taken seriously and receive a full salary.
  • AAE is actively involved in Brainport Industries College: a collaboration between companies in the region who contribute to high-quality education.

Work placement/graduation

Trainees at AAE receive the tools and space to work on a great variety of challenges. Thanks to the versatility of the organisation, we have assignments for varying disciplines. In addition, you can shadow in a certain discipline in order to gain indispensable practical experience.
