This project saw us involved in the cutting, bending, assembly, welding and laser engraving of LED bulbs. We did not rest after balancing the automation of this complex process to perfection, but went on to ensure the full flexibility of the production through employing our FMS platform. As if that was not enough, all the products are thoroughly screened using our vision applications. Every single product is tracked and traced, simplifying and accelerating any problem-solving. The complete reliability of every component in your automatic gearbox is essential. The assembly of the gearbox is a highly specialised task, a task that benefits from close co-development. Together with Bosch, we developed an automated production line that measures tension, adjusts it accordingly during assembly, validates, greases and packs the final product. Limiting the chance of human error in the process and guaranteeing a high-quality, ready-to-use final product. With over 70 servomotors working in perfect harmony, the complexity of this assembly line is simply off the chart. This is where we excel, pushing technical boundaries, together!
